Celestial harmony comes to your outdoor spaces with a centrepiece that completely redefines outdoor relaxation. Designed by the renowned architect Ramón Esteve, the Vondom Moon collection stands out for its sculptural silhouette and a resolutely original functional approach. This piece is not a simple daybed but a true capsule of comfort, designed to go beyond the limits of conventional design and turn your garden or terrace into a sanctuary of peace.
The spherical, rotating architecture of the Moon daybed
The design of this range rests on perfect geometry, built around two distinct hemispheres that merge to create an object both monolithic and airy. The base, made of low-density polyethylene using the rotomoulding technique, ensures robust structural strength whatever the weather. This lower part hides a major innovation: a rotating system on which the whole structure rests. This technical ingenuity lets the daybed turn a full 360 degrees on its own axis, giving you the freedom to orient your rest according to the path of the sun or the view you want. In addition, the hollow base can house an LED backlighting system, turning the piece into a striking glowing sphere after dark.
A private cocoon at the heart of the Moon collection
The upper part of the structure acts as a sophisticated protective filter between the user and the outdoor environment. Traditionally made with handwoven polypropylene rope, the canopy is also available with the Sunvision covering option. This technical blend of high-tenacity polyester coated in PVC and solution-dyed acrylic offers a very soft textile feel while ensuring outstanding durability. The dome is designed to filter the natural light entering it while letting air circulate freely. This subtle play of light and shadow creates a calm, intimate atmosphere, ideal for high-end leisure settings or "chill-out" relaxation areas where time seems to stand still.
