Delivery Policy

This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering on this website, you accept the policies contained herein.

At Verano Design, we are committed to offering a smooth and exceptional shopping experience to all our customers.

Made to order

All our products are made to order. We do not hold permanent stock: each piece is put into production once your order has been confirmed, which allows us to guarantee a new product that matches the finish and colour you have selected.

This approach involves an unavoidable manufacturing lead time, indicated below, which is added to the transport time. This lead time is shown to you again when you confirm your order.

Shipping costs

No hidden costs: all costs relating to your order, including taxes and shipping costs, are clearly shown before payment is confirmed.

Delivery costs depend on the destination country and the value of your order excluding VAT:

Our delivery services are available in the following countries:

• Metropolitan France
• Belgium
• Luxembourg
• Netherlands
• Germany
• Austria
• Italy
• Spain
• Portugal
• Switzerland
• Liechtenstein

As Switzerland and Liechtenstein are outside the European Union, orders shipped to these countries may incur customs duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, which are payable by the recipient.

For any delivery request outside these areas, please contact us beforehand at contact@verano-design.com so that we can assess feasibility and send you a quote.

Estimated delivery times

• Order cut-off time: 7 pm (Paris time). Orders placed after 7 pm, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day, which may add one day to the estimated delivery time.
• Processing and manufacturing time: 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday) from the confirmation of your order. As each piece is made to order, this time includes its manufacture and preparation. Your order is then handed over to one of our partner carriers.
• Transit time: 4 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
• Total estimated delivery time: 11 to 15 working days (Monday to Friday), i.e. around 2 to 3 weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We work with reputable carriers to ensure that your order is delivered on time.

Tracking instructions

• Tracking information: you will receive an email containing a direct link to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
• Questions: our support team is ready to help you with any question about tracking your order, at contact@verano-design.com

Changes to the delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully when placing your order, as once it has been dispatched we will no longer be able to change it.

Order cancellation policy

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before manufacturing begins, and no later than 24 hours after the order is placed.

Parcels damaged in transit

If you notice that a parcel has been damaged in transit, please, if possible, refuse the parcel from the carrier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service at: contact@verano-design.com

We recommend that you record precise reservations on the delivery note on receipt, and inform us within three working days, sending us photographs of the damage, in accordance with Article L. 133-3 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce).

Finally, if all parcels have arrived and a product is still missing, contact customer service by email.

Accuracy of product descriptions

At Verano Design, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

If the products received do not match the description, customers may request a return or refund free of charge.

Returns policy

Our returns policy allows 30 calendar days from receipt of your products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply contact us at contact@verano-design.com

Return costs: return costs are borne by the customer. Given the size and weight of our products, we invite you to contact us before sending anything back so that we can give you the procedure and an estimate of the transport cost.

These costs do not apply where the product delivered is defective, damaged in transit or does not match the description. In these cases, we bear all return costs and replace or refund the product.

Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original packaging throughout the return period.
