Tulum 3 seater sofa: the indoor living room brought outside

Eugeni Quitllet designed this sofa as the centrepiece of the Vondom Tulum collection, the piece that best expresses his aim of recreating the comfort of an enclosed living room in a space open to the sky. In its three seater version, it becomes the natural gathering point of a more generous lounge, for a hotel space as well as a large private garden.

Full volumes, a lightened structure

The strong linearity of the frame is deliberately softened by rounded corners and open spaces beneath the seat, which keep this longer sofa from looking heavy despite its presence. The teak armrests visually anchor the piece while remaining discreet, for a silhouette that suits a covered porch as well as a large open terrace.

Built to last outdoors

The aluminium profiles are extruded specifically for this collection and joined with particularly careful welds, for a structure that does not shift despite the repeated handling of intensive use, even on this 115 kg version. The fabric resists chlorine, UV and humidity, while the teak develops its natural silver patina over time.

Entretien

Aluminium
