L'Horta is a restaurant in Castellón, Spain, whose approach rests on three pillars of the common good: product, environment and society. The menu, whose speciality is pizza, is clearly committed to healthy eating and responsible consumption, built around fresh, seasonal, local produce.
A dining space in two zones
This 200 square metre space is divided into two parts: a large dining room where guests enjoy freshly baked pizzas, and a take-away and reception area furnished with Vondom contract furniture. This area has a modern, urban design that sits perfectly with the minimalist planters from the Vela collection designed by Ramón Esteve.

Brooklyn stools by Eugeni Quitllet
At the counter, stools from the Brooklyn collection by Eugeni Quitllet assert their black silhouette and urban lines. A way of anchoring the restaurant in a contemporary aesthetic while staying true to the natural materials that structure the whole project.
A decor inspired by the vegetable garden
The interior decor, by Vitale, draws on fields, furrows and harvests. The aim is to conceptualise a plot of vegetable garden through pure lines, simple forms and natural materials such as wood, stone, terracotta and plants.
A kitchen committed to sobriety
The chosen lighting, the black colour of the Brooklyn furniture and the philosophy of responsible consumption come together in short messages built into the decor, forming part of the menu. Vondom plays its part in a project that combines design and commitment.
