Residential Projects

In Bay Harbour Islands, Miami, Le Jardin Residences is a boutique condominium of 30 homes and three penthouses. The decorator Jenny Rosse chose the Stones collection by Stefano Giovannoni to dress the lobby with its organic lines.

In La Altagracia, in the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean villa Arrecife Royale accommodates up to 24 people. The Vela lounge by Ramón Esteve, the Rest and Surf sun loungers, the Adan planters, the Ulm daybed and the Faz chairs by Vondom make a paradise retreat.

In Miami, the luxury Canvas apartment, decorated by Jenny Rosse, extends its refined interiors onto the terrace with Vondom furniture. The Pillow collection by Stefano Giovannoni, Africa stools, Mari-Sol tables and Adan planters create an elegant décor.

In Modena, Italy, the HHCR House, designed by Nat Office, reinterprets the country house on the banks of the Tresinaro. Wall Street chairs and stools by Eugeni Quitllet furnish its porch, a minimalist extension of the living room towards the Po plain.

In Mallorca, three luxury villas (Son Calet, Atzur and Mont Blau) feature Vondom design furniture in their outdoor spaces. Surf, Vela, Rest, Ulm, Pezzettina, Vases and Adan create Mediterranean settings bathed in light.

In Atlanta, Georgia, the high-end residential complex SLX brings together Vondom design furniture on its terraces and communal areas. The Delta sofa by Jorge Pensi, the Wall Street stools and the Frame tables create a premium way of life.

In Papallacta, Ecuador, the WTBA House, designed by NADA Studio, is perched on a cliff, between concrete, wood and glass. The Ulm modular lounge by Ramón Esteve and the Pillow sun loungers by Stefano Giovannoni furnish its terrace with its unrivalled view.

In Kamakura, Japan, the T3 House, designed by Hitoshi Saruta (CUBO design architect), is a glass house on three levels open to the Shonan coast. The Ulm daybed by Ramón Esteve extends a subtle dialogue between Japanese tradition and modernity.

In Lima, Peru, this villa facing the Pacific, designed by Karim Chaman Arquitectos, features timeless outdoor furniture. The Faz collection by Ramón Esteve and the Vertex stools by Karim Rashid create an elegant porch and bar area open to the sea.
