"Cumbres" is a 618 m² detached house project designed by Chiralt Arquitectos and Muebles Lluesma, located in Bètera, in the province of Valencia. The property cultivates a pared-back aesthetic in which light and material play a central role.

A wall of cut natural stone
This residential project has a distinctive, structuring and principal element: a wall of cut natural stone, placed across the house, which divides and organises the space in two. This wall acts as a link in this imposing house.

The Ulm lounge by Ramón Esteve
The vast, open spaces of the house maintain a strong connection with the outdoors, which hosts outdoor furniture made up of a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table from the Ulm collection, designed by Ramón Esteve. The simplicity and elegance of the interior spaces thus extend seamlessly.

Light colours inspiring tranquillity
The light colours of the walls and decorative elements inspire tranquillity and simplicity, without neglecting a taste for avant-garde outdoor furniture. The sober range becomes the ideal ground for the Ulm pieces to flourish.

Continuity between inside and out
At Las Cumbres, the Ulm furniture extends the minimalism of the architecture. Vondom creates a peaceful terrace where the stone wall, the outdoor furniture and the light colours converse in the same logic of sobriety.
