The atmosphere of Breakaway House is shaped by water, light and silence. This residential retreat was designed to slow the pace of daily life and bring deep serenity to outdoor living. The project is defined by formal purity, spatial clarity and a constant dialogue between the interior and its surroundings.
Conceived by Tez Arquitectura, with interiors and bespoke elements by Inhabit Architects, the project unfolds as a sequence of spaces designed for pause, movement and renewal. Around the pool, the soft, sculptural presence of Jean-Marie Massaud's Milos collection creates a landscape of comfort inspired by the shapes that wind and sea have moulded.
In the lounge areas, Tulum by Eugeni Quitllet introduces a refined balance between natural teak and contemporary technology, bringing structure, warmth and discreet sophistication to the whole.
Together, these collections create an outdoor space that is both vast and intimate: a place where the architecture opens onto the sky, where materials soften the experience of the space, and where every piece contributes to a more serene way of living.
