Vondom Posidonia Collection

Elegance often lies in simplicity and perfect harmony with the outdoor environment. Designed to awaken the user's senses, the Vondom Posidonia collection embodies a philosophy in which furniture becomes a source of complete serenity. More than a simple furniture series, this range sets new standards in contemporary design, offering a rich sensory experience that invites you to savour every moment spent on the terrace or in the garden, in a setting of architectural balance.

The architectural essence of Posidonia by Ramón Esteve

Born of a specific need for a demanding residential project, this furniture family has gone beyond its original purpose to become a reference in Mediterranean design. In 2022, Vondom gave this signature design a new life under the evocative name Posidonia, a tribute to the underwater seagrass meadows that are vital to our ecosystem. Behind these clean lines is Ramón Esteve, an architect who graduated from ETSAM and founded his own studio in 1991. True to his pursuit of harmony and essentiality, the designer imagined pieces that do not merely occupy space but create settings conducive to relaxation. This approach merges the home with the surrounding landscape, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors with a timeless aesthetic.

Lasting technical quality at the heart of the Posidonia range

Unlike conventional rotational moulding processes, this series stands out for its use of high-precision technical materials, ensuring excellent weather resistance while keeping a light visual presence. The structure is based on powder-coated aluminium profiles, available in various colours, combined with 100% recyclable HPL (high-pressure laminate). This combination ensures maximum durability in the harshest climatic conditions. The breadth of the collection lets you furnish your living spaces completely: from sun loungers for relaxation to bar tables and coffee tables for socialising, as well as modular sofas, lounge chairs and dining chairs. Every element, from the tables with wheels to the stools, has been designed for mobility and functionality without ever sacrificing formal elegance.

To complete your outdoor layout and echo the rigorous architecture of these pieces, you can pair them with the minimalist lines of the Frame, ULM and Vela collections, which share the same pure geometry. If you want to keep this structural elegance while exploring other textures, the Tablet and The Factory ranges will be natural extensions of your decor, as will the chic seaside spirit of the Hamptons and Vineyard collections. Conversely, to energise the space by breaking up straight lines with bold facets, try pairing them with the Faz and Quartz designs or the originality of the Iglú range. Finally, to add a touch of softness or subdued light that contrasts subtly with the metal, include signature pieces from the Gatsby, Pixel and Luna series, or the organic patterns of Forest.
