A Japanese table in Nitra
In Nitra, Slovakia, the Satori Fusion restaurant offers Japanese cuisine conceived as a complete sensory experience. The project, imagined by the studio Performa Architects, brings the flavours of modern Western gastronomy into dialogue with those of Asian cuisine.
The high standard shows at every stage, from fresh produce to wines with character, by way of a selection of rare teas. The outdoor furniture had to live up to this promise, both aesthetic and durable.
Delta, the seating that structures the terrace
For the seating, the choice fell on the Delta collection designed by Jorge Pensi. Its clean line and enveloping shell bring discreet comfort, without ever weighing down the space.
Set out on the terrace, the Delta chairs give the venue a clear reading. They accompany the evening service with the sobriety expected of a fine dining table.

Mari-Sol, the table as centrepiece
The tables come from the Mari-Sol collection by Eugeni Quitllet. Their sculptural base, inspired by movement, sets the tone for a decor where function takes centre stage.
Paired with the Delta seating, the Mari-Sol tables create a coherent whole. The terrace gains personality while remaining conducive to conversation and tasting.
A terrace built to last
Vondom furniture is designed to withstand the demands of the outdoors, from temperature variations to the sun's rays. This robustness lets the restaurant keep an immaculate terrace season after season.
The materials, treated for the intensive use of the restaurant trade, combine easy maintenance with durability. A decisive asset for a venue that bets on detail.

The Vondom experience serving hospitality
With Satori Fusion, the furniture becomes an extension of the venue's culinary identity. The design supports the gastronomic story without ever competing with it.
This approach, where every piece serves an intention, sums up the collaboration between Vondom and demanding hospitality professionals. The result appeals as much to architects as to restaurateurs seeking distinction.
