Residential Projects

In Miami, Florida, a contemporary 2,700 m² private house on three levels is organised around a sculptural circular staircase. The Ulm daybeds by Ramón Esteve for Vondom extend the open spirit of the house onto the terrace facing the bay.

In Valencia, Spain, the El Bosque house by Ramón Esteve is organised in prismatic volumes in the heart of a pine forest. Vondom's Vela and Frame collections in bronze extend this architectural language into the garden and the forest.

In Bètera, near Valencia, the Las Cumbres house, designed by Chiralt Arquitectos, is organised around a wall of cut natural stone. The Ulm lounge by Ramón Esteve extends the simplicity of the interior spaces into the garden.

In Alicante, Spain, the Oslo House by Ramón Esteve rests on a mountainside and opens wide towards the sea. The Ulm daybeds, the Frame table and the Quartz chairs, all designed by the architect for Vondom, furnish its outdoor spaces.

In Vitacura, Chile, a spectacular 180 m² terrace facing the Andes mountain range was decorated by the studio Jorge Fuentes. The Faz collection by Ramón Esteve and the Marquis planters by Estudihac create a sober setting facing the Andean range.

In La Altagracia, in the Dominican Republic, the Caribbean villa Arrecife Royale accommodates up to 24 people. The Vela lounge by Ramón Esteve, the Rest and Surf sun loungers, the Adan planters, the Ulm daybed and the Faz chairs by Vondom make a paradise retreat.

In Mallorca, three luxury villas (Son Calet, Atzur and Mont Blau) feature Vondom design furniture in their outdoor spaces. Surf, Vela, Rest, Ulm, Pezzettina, Vases and Adan create Mediterranean settings bathed in light.

In Papallacta, Ecuador, the WTBA House, designed by NADA Studio, is perched on a cliff, between concrete, wood and glass. The Ulm modular lounge by Ramón Esteve and the Pillow sun loungers by Stefano Giovannoni furnish its terrace with its unrivalled view.

In Kamakura, Japan, the T3 House, designed by Hitoshi Saruta (CUBO design architect), is a glass house on three levels open to the Shonan coast. The Ulm daybed by Ramón Esteve extends a subtle dialogue between Japanese tradition and modernity.
