The Tori origami bird statue, with faceted wings

This bird statue, part of the Vondom Origami collection, translates the elegant silhouette of a bird into the language of origami, a figure associated in Japanese culture with serenity and harmony with nature. Its angular planes trace a suspended movement, as if frozen in mid-flight.

A silhouette that brings movement to a static space

Unlike the land animals in the collection, Tori introduces an upward dynamic that draws the eye skywards, an asset for visually balancing a space dominated by low furniture, such as a lounge area or a pool terrace.

A material built to stay outdoors permanently

The UV8-certified rotomoulded polyethylene withstands the sharpest temperature swings without ever losing its original colour. Its reinforced double wall copes with the frequent moves of a seasonal rearrangement, for a piece that stays immaculate despite continuous exposure to the elements.
