In Rocafort, in the Valencia region, Casa Teoína is a detached house surrounded by a vast garden with Mediterranean vegetation. Its owners enjoy a peaceful environment, which can be admired from every room thanks to the large picture windows.
This residential project, minimalist yet avant-garde, plays on soft, sober tones enhanced by black, present in certain pieces of furniture and structural elements to create contrast and underline the elegance of the house.

The Faz collection in the heart of the garden
The outdoors follows the same principle as the interior: soft tones and furniture with simple lines. The armchairs and coffee table from the Faz collection, designed by Ramón Esteve, are devoted to convivial moments on the terrace.

Spritz sun loungers by the pool
The sun loungers from the Spritz collection, designed by Archirivolto Design, have been installed near the pool. Their silhouette accompanies relaxation in the Mediterranean garden.

Faz and Marquis planters
Various planters complete the outdoor décor: the model from the Faz collection and planters from the Marquis collection, designed by JM Ferrero of the Estudihac studio. Their highly distinctive design is inspired by the cut of a diamond.

The covered dining room in Frame and Faz
On the covered terrace, an outdoor dining area brings together a table from the Frame collection and Faz chairs, minimalist furniture that exudes simplicity and sophistication. In the end, Casa Teoína, renovated by Chiralt Arquitectos, combines avant-garde design and comfort, thanks to its interior fittings and Vondom outdoor furniture.
