The Xincheng Coast West Park rises in Zhoukang, in the western part of the new Pudong area of Shanghai. This high-end development built by the Xincheng Holding Group adopts an open layout to guarantee maximum sunlight for its buildings: hotel, offices and housing.
A glass corridor punctuated by Stones
The central glass corridor of the offices works as a semi-open, semi-private space, where visitors can relax and wait on the sofas and armchairs of the Stones collection, designed by Stefano Giovannoni.

Peacock, Fiesta and Noma facing the landscape
The large glazed curtain walls reveal the landscapes in front and behind, where the Peacock plant pots by Eero Aarnio are placed. Beside them, the Fiesta bar and the Noma stools by Javier Mariscal invite guests to enjoy a refreshing drink on a summer afternoon.

The Californian Garden
Crossing the large outdoor lounge, you reach the Californian Garden area, where the landscape focuses on lush, generous greenery. The warmed pool acts as a mirror, reflecting the modernity of the avant-garde outdoor furniture and of the gardens surrounding the buildings.

Ufo and Ulm on the large terrace
On this vast terrace, the Ufo armchairs by Ora Ïto are in dialogue with the Ulm collection by Ramón Esteve. The most spectacular thing is to enjoy the breeze and the calm of the gardens, day or night, settled into this avant-garde furniture.

A holiday break in everyday life
Between Stones, Peacock, Ufo and Ulm, the Xincheng Coast West Park gives its residents, workers and guests the feeling of a restful holiday. A way of placing Vondom design at the heart of a way of life oriented towards nature.
